bioMETRX, Inc. warrants the original end user purchaser ("you") that for the Warramty Period of 12 months, the Product (excluding any third party modifications) will be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
You must have proof of purchase and obtain warranty service authorization from bioMETRX Inc. within the applicable warranty period before returning defective products to bioMETRX Inc. Returned proucts must be shipped prepaid and prepackaged appropriately, and it is recommended that they be insured or sent by a method that provides for tracking of the package. bioMETRX, Inc is not responsible for any Product that is lost or damaged in transit. If bioMETRX Inc. ships a replacement product to you before receiving the original product and you fail to return the original product to bioMETRX Inc. within thrity (30) days from the date of the warranty servic authorization is issued, bioMETRX Inc. will charge you the current manufacturer's suggested retail price of such product.
Your exclusive remedy and bioMETRX Inc. entire liability under this warranty will be bioMETRX, Inc. at its ioption to repair or replace the Product or refund your purchase price less any rebates. bioMETRX Inc. does not warrant against loss or solen property. There are inherent ridks associated with any biometric sensor technology and security safeguard. Biometric sensors and security safeguards, by their nature, are capable of circumvention. bioMETRX, Inc. cannot and does not guarantee that your belongings will not be accessed by unauthorized persions, and bioMETRX Inc. disclaims any warranties to that effect to the fullest extent permtted by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or at all, so the above limitation may not apploy to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also hav e other rights, which vary by jurisdiction. This limiation does not affect your statutory rights.
The foregoing limitations will apply even if any warranty or rememdy provided under this Agreement fails of its essential purpose.
