LCD is flashing repeatedly green when trying to enroll.
Flashing repeatedly green indicates it wants three finger swipes (of the same finger). It will beep loudly twice after those swipes, and then begin to flash green again. The user can enroll a different finger, the same finger, or an entirely different person (if they’re standing right there) NOTES: Unit will time out if enrollment is not completed within 5 seconds and erase everything that's been done on that enrollment.
Unit opens when ANYONE swipes their finger or hits the center button
-If no one is enrolled in the biobox, hitting the center button will open it automatically.
After swiping my finger 3 times the unit beeped twice indicating a successful Primary Enroll yet the unit will not power off.
-You must perform a Backup Enroll. Swipe your finger 3 more times. After completing your Backup Enroll you will hear 2 beeps. Your enrollment is now complete and the unit will power off. If the enrollment fails, the LED will flash red one time and the unit will power off. Please repeat steps 1-6 to try again.
