LCD lights repeatedly flash orange but the doors do not open
Try re-setting the way the batteries sit inside the battery drawer
If using battery power, reset the batteries inside the unit only. Check to see if you are using AC power and battery power. If you are, switch to only using the AC power or battery power.
Door is stuck, will not open
Slide your fingers underneath the center logo and pop the doors open manually. Manually saw back and forth the doors to nearly closed, and then all the way open. Pull up on the doors with your hands to attempt to out-bow the joints. If this does not solve the problem after several days of attempting to loosen the door joints, please contact Support.
Cannot enroll the initial administrative user
Does the unit show your fingerprint when you scan it and then displayed 'no match' when you try to enter the unit?"
